Uptime is a web application allowing staff working at Capital One's 'Cafes' to submit and track maintenance requests. The existing system employed a combination of email and spreadsheets, which resulted in significant administrative effort, lengthy wait times for request fulfillment, and requests being lost or forgotten. We moved this process online, creating a system that could be used to transparently log, track, and in many causes automate the fulfillment of maintenance requests.

I led research, design, also implemented the front-end code in React.
